With Classical Pilates at the core, The Body Studio uses Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair to offer bespoke, challenging, effective and enjoyable classes.
Pilates with Sharon
Focusing on control, quality of movement and breath work, each session works both the mind and body, building strength, improving flexibility, balance, and posture, leaving you feeling taller, relaxed, and energised.
The resistance provided by the springs and straps on the apparatus helps to create both challenge and support. Through proper breath work, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, and concentration on smooth, flowing movement, you learn how to control the movement from your centre.

Classes tailored to you
Each class is tailored and personalised to the client and the needs of their body. At the beginning of each session, Sharon asks ‘how’s your body?’ to allow clients the opportunity to identify how they feel and raise any issues or concerns. With a relaxed and flexible approach, Sharon can adapt any session to how the client and their body feel on the day.
During each class, Sharon closely observes the client’s form, focusing awareness on alignment, control and quality of the movement aiming for progression, not perfection. Verbal and hands on cues and adjustments ensure proper technique to maximise the effectiveness of each exercise. Small adjustments can make a huge difference to the feel, execution, and effectiveness of an exercise. The individual attention in these sessions allows for a more focused and customised Pilates experience.
Class Prices
The Body Studio runs classes Monday – Thursday, and Friday mornings. Each session is 75 minutes
A single session - £55.00.
A block of 5 sessions - £261.25 (£52.25 each)
A block of 10 sessions - £495.00 (£49.50 each)
